1. BESPOKE & MADE-TO-ORDER POLICY

All products are manufactured individually based on your unique selection of size, design, and fabric.

  • Final Sale: As each item is custom-made, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds for changes of mind, aesthetic preferences, or incorrect size choices once production has commenced.

  • Order Review: We strongly encourage all customers to review their order specifications, dimensions, and fabric selections thoroughly before finalizing their purchase.


2. MANUFACTURING DEFECTS & WARRANTY

We are committed to ensuring your furniture arrives in pristine condition. Returns, repairs, or replacements are strictly limited to verified manufacturing defects, which include:

  • Structural Faults: Integrity issues within frames or headboards.

  • Component Malfunctions: Faulty ottoman gas-lift mechanisms or assembly hardware.

  • Workmanship Irregularities: Significant material defects or stitching irregularities.

Reporting a Defect: If you identify a fault, please notify our technical team within 14 days of delivery.

3. PRE-PURCHASE GUIDANCE

To ensure complete satisfaction and avoid ordering errors, we recommend the following steps prior to order confirmation:

  • Request Fabric Samples: Order complimentary samples to verify color accuracy and texture within your home’s specific lighting.

  • Precision Measurement: Carefully measure your intended space and access points (hallways, staircases, and doorways) to ensure the chosen bed size can be delivered safely.

  • Expert Consultation: Contact our design team to discuss custom requirements or sizing nuances to ensure your vision is feasible.


4. RESOLUTION PROTOCOL

Once a manufacturing defect is verified by our technical team, we will resolve the issue through one of the following professional measures:

  • Professional Repair: On-site or factory repair to restore the item to our rigorous quality standards.

  • Component Replacement: Prompt delivery and installation of specific replacement parts.

  • Full Replacement: In cases where a repair is not technically feasible, a new replacement product will be issued.
