We bought two absolutely amazing mattresses and two comfortable, beautifully designed beds from Essex Luxe, and we couldn’t be happier with the quality and service we received.
From the very beginning, Faz was incredibly accommodating and professional. He patiently listened to our requirements, helped us choose the perfect bed designs and fabrics, and even assisted us with the cost and discount. What really stood out was how passionate he is about his work and how genuinely he cares about his customers’ needs. The showroom is beautiful, with a great selection of beds on display, which made it much easier for us to choose. They also showed us plenty of options on their website. I was genuinely amazed by the variety of designs and, most importantly, the excellent quality. Faz clearly explained the timeline and assured us that our beds and mattresses would be delivered on time. The turnaround time was less than two weeks, which was fantastic, and he kept us informed throughout the process. On the delivery day, he arrived exactly as promised and assembled both beds quickly and professionally, without any hassle whatsoever. We are extremely impressed with our beds and mattresses, and the whole experience from selection to delivery was excellent. I cannot recommend essex luxe enough!! i asked and they delivered👌🏼 we asked for a double bed for delivery asap, it was delivered and assembled for us by the next day. Great communication, great value and all round excellent company! highly recommend 👏🏻
