All beds feature a 2-year manufacturing warranty from delivery date, protecting against structural failures under domestic use.

- Defective materials & workmanship
- Structural frame & headboard faults
- Gas-lift mechanical malfunctions
Excluded
- Normal wear & accidental damage
- Stains, spills, or fabric neglect
- Modifications after delivery
Ottoman Mechanism
Our ottoman systems are designed for effortless access. To maintain elegance and function:
"Avoid excessive force or overloading. Damage from improper operation is not covered."
Commercial environments (Hotels/Guesthouses) are covered for structural defects only.
Mattress & Comfort
Natural settlement of comfort layers is expected as materials adapt to your body.
The 2.5cm Rule
A mattress is only considered defective if visible indentation exceeds 2.5–3cm while not under load.
Mirrored Surfaces
Delicate glass requires expert care. Please inspect within 24 hours of delivery.
- Use soft cloths & dedicated glass cleaners.
- Avoid abrasive chemicals or high-impact pressure.
- Chips or cracks post-delivery are not covered.
Delivery Access
It is the customer's responsibility to ensure items fit through all doorways and access routes.
Failed deliveries due to restricted space will incur re-delivery charges.
